When searching for local tea, I found this unassuming spot. Stopped in for some loose leaf for a gift. They have some great options sold as a freshly made cup or by the ounce. Both the vanilla black tea and the Wild River herbal were excellent. They have plenty of seating and some board games to borrow while you’re there. You can watch the coffee roasting area through some glass.
So glad we stopped in after a hike for coffee and treats. Relaxing atmosphere, high quality coffee & teas. Also bought a local protein bar that was . Our barista was lovely and pulled great shots. ...
Really loved this coffee shop. Stopped on the way through town. Had a perfect London fog, not too sweet, and a custard tart which was delicious. My husband had a maple latte and a heavenly salted caramel cookie. Was way better than Starbucks and for both drinks and food. Highly recommend!
Very quiet, cozy, and spacious coffee shop. The small bakery options are tasty. The whole town of Vail is somewhat hidden, and with this place on the outskirts, it’s easy to miss unless you’re specifically looking for coffee. I also appreciate this business is eco-conscious. I wish we were staying longer to try more of the teas! I recommend this place for matcha lovers. The matcha latte with oak milk is perfect.
Excellent prices on GREAT coffee, staff is super friendly & there are plenty of menu options including food & non-coffee options. Love that you can see the roasting operations as well. I wish I had a spot like this close to home, I'll be stopping in every time I'm in Minturn!

Amazing selections and flavors! Friendly and helpful staff, worth the visit!. Amazing architecture and cool glass view of the roasting part of the facility. Full selection of coffees from all over the world and well as in depth options for tea lovers. Drive out if the way to enjoy a great cup of coffee or baked goods.
Great coffee! Cozy vibes for working. Welcoming to families. My young boys enjoyed playing the many games they had available and watching the employees roast the coffee.
